Each experience will leave you in amazement, whether you are looking out over the world from the top of Burj Khalifa and exploring the vast Dubai Mall, taking the opulent atmosphere of Dubai Marina, astonished by the colorful displays of Miracle Garden, going on an exciting Desert Safari, or learning about the futuristic innovations at the Museum of the Future. Not only this I’ll also tell you how to reach these places, or how to do them, what is the cost of doing these activities is, so read till the end.
1. Burj Khalifa & Dubai Mall
Without any surprise, the number one ultimate spot is Burj Khalifa, the world tallest building at the moment standing 828 meters above the ground. This architectural marvel offers splendid and unparalleled view of the city from its observation decks on the 124th, 125th and 148th floors. Visitors can go their with high speed elevators which took just 60 seconds to reach at the 124th floor from the bottom. From the top you can witness breathtaking view of the Dubai’s skyline and landscape. The experience and the views is even beautiful at sunset as the city is in transition from day to night.
Adjacent to Burj Khalifa there is vast Dubai Mall, which is of the size of 200 soccer pitches, it is a shopper’s paradise with having over 1200 retail stores makes it one of the largest malls in the world, even a complete day is not enough to visit this big mall completely, I’ve visited Dubai Mall for more then 5 days in my two different trips but believe me still I do not visited all the portions. well beyond shopping the Mall offers lot of entertainment options including the Dubai Aquarium and Underwater Zoo, and VR park, so which makes it a perfect place for families and individuals alike.
When you just come out of the Dubai Mall towards the Burj Khalifa (just follow the signs/arrow in the mall towards “Burj Khalifa”), you can see the fountain show, which is also free to witness, and believe me it is one of the best thing you will ever experience in your life and for free too. There is a ticket of 20 AED as well with which you can experience the fountain dance show from a floating deck and of course from the better angle and away from the crowd. This fountain show starts after every 30 minutes from 6PM until 11PM.
How to reach there & the Entry Ticket
As I mentioned earlier, both places are at the same place, so you can reach them by Metro, which is the best way, as Metro as a stop with the name of Dubai Mall/Burj Khalifa, the second option is you can reach here by taxi.
If you talk about the cost, then surely visiting Dubai Mall is free, and if you want to see the Burj Khalifa from outside then its free but if you want to go inside the Burj Khalifa then there are different kind of tickets which is separated according to which floor option you choose. The prices start from 179 AED and goes up to 769 AED, but the basic one is in 179 AED in which you can go to the 124th and 125th floor.
2. Dubai Marina
Dubai Marina is an artificial canal city with some luxurious hotels and apartments with a vibrant and luxury waterfront. This area of Dubai is best known for its nightlife, modern skyline, and luxurious dining.
You can stroll along 7-kilometer pedestrian promenade, which offers stunning and beautiful views of high rises, luxury yachts and some bustling cafes, and due to the atmosphere of this place, you can do evening walk or a morning jog. And if you are looking for adventure then Dubai Marina has a lot of water sports activities, including jet skiiing, parasailing, ziplining, and yacht tours.
And you can also access public beach known as Jumeirah Beach, here in Dubai Marina area, which is also a good and nice place to visit, but If you go to Dubai between April to October, then its better to go to the beach after 5, as in the morning you will only experience the blistering heat.
How to Reach here & cost
You can easily reach here with Dubai Metro, as you have to take the metro and stopped at DMCC station or SOBHA REALTY station, the other option you can reach here by taxi.
Then the cost of different activities are different here, as I told you it is an expensive area of Dubai, so as compare to other parts of the Dubai this area is expensive, either you do dining or do any adventure activity.
3. The Miracle Garden
The Dubai Miracle Garden is literally a man made Miracle and that too in the desert. If you are fed up from bustling city life then head towards the 72,000 square-meter world largest natural flower garden, which consists of 50 million blooming flowers and 250 million plants arranged in beautiful designs and patterns.
One of the most beautiful thing about the features of the garden is the floral sculptures, which include Emirates Airbus A380, life sized houses, castles, and animals covered entirely with flowers and plants.
Along with that visitors can wander through theme-based gardens, such as butterfly garden. The heart passage, a tunnel of heart shaped arches adorned with colorful blooms, all these places are best spots for your photography. So visiting Miracle Garden is surely a feast for your eyes and senses, offering a stunning display of horticultural artistry. It is no doubt a place for all ages and all kind of tourists.
How to reach here & ticket cost
Unfortunately, there is no station of Dubai Metro near this place, although there are public buses which comes here, It depends on where you are living, so its better to take a taxi to reach the Miracle Garden.
And the ticket price for adults is 95AED and 80AED for children. Tickets can be booked directly from their official website, which is miraclegarden.ae
4. Dubai Desert Safari Tour
I like this activity the most in Dubai, as in this desert safari tour, you not only experience adventure but you have the chance to come out of the man made high rise buildings and see the local Arab culture in the vast Arabian Desert. This must do activity combines thrilling rides, cultural shows, and some stunning desert landscapes makes it unforgettable experience in Dubai.
The journey starts from your hotel around 4PM, in a luxury and comfortable 4by4 vehicle, they directly heads towards the desert where you will do the highlight of this trip, Dune Bashing. Where the experienced and skill full drivers navigate the sand dunes at a high speed, creating an exciting ride that’s sure to get your heart racing. And you can do sandboarding here as well, as the drivers have sandboards with them in the vehicles.
After doing sand bashing, you will go to a traditional Bedouin style camp. Here you can see the real Arab culture, and one can do here activities like camel ride, henna painting, and smoking shesha. Then the camp offers live entertainment shows as well, such as dance shows and the stunning fire show. And you are also served here with buffet dinner. So this desert safari is more then just a tour, as you will here enjoy the natural beauty and also witness the Arab cultural heritage of UAE.
How to Book & the cost of the tour
Their are many companies and tour operators which offers this tour and you will find them in all over Dubai and online as well. And the cost is also different depending on the facilities they are providing, in my case I actually booked it through a reference and that tour cost me in 150 AED(hotel pick and drop, buffet dinner, sand bashing, entertainment show, shesha, camel ride and unlimited soft drinks are included in this price) We are 2 persons so total we paid 300AED.
The maximum people in a vehicle will be 4 and luckily when we did this tour, we were only two.
5. Museum of The Future
Wherever go, I mostly visited the famous museums of that country, and to be honest, the Museum of The Future is one of the best I’ve ever visited. First, as by the name it is a museum not about the past but about the future. And this museum is the beacon of the city’s forward thinking vision, this is basically dedicated to the future of science, technology, and innovation through immersive and interactive exhibits.
Before going inside and starting the museum tour, the exterior, the design of the museum is just amazing which is adorned with Arabic calligraphy. Inside, the museum offers a glimpse into the world of tomorrow, with themes such as artificial intelligence, space exploration, climate change and human enhancement.
So a visit to this museum is not a walk through a museum but it is an invitation to imagine and shape the future of our world. For anyone who is interested in the future of our planet this is the place for him/her in Dubai to visit, along with its captivating design and architecture.
How to reach & ticket price
Reaching the museum is so easy as Dubai metro just stops near the museum, as it is in between two metro stations one is World Trade Center metro station and the other is Emirates tower metro station.
The ticket of the museum is 149AED, and it can be booked online through their official website which is
museumofthefuture.ae
